Repiping

Full-home repiping for Dayton-area houses with aging galvanized or leaking supply lines.

Many older homes around Dayton, Oakwood, and Kettering still have their original supply pipes. Galvanized steel corrodes from the inside. That leads to weak water pressure, rusty or discolored water, and leaks that keep coming back in new spots. Once a house reaches that point, patching one leak at a time usually costs more than it saves. We handle full-home repiping. First we walk the house, trace where the existing lines run, and plan new routes that keep wall and ceiling openings to a minimum. Then we run the new supply lines, reconnect the fixtures and water heater, and pressure-test the system before the water goes back on. Co-owner Shawn Bush holds an Ohio Plumbing Contractor License. We go over the scope and timing with you before we start. Repiping is a bigger project, so we offer financing options. Contact us to set up a time for us to look at your pipes.

Common questions

How do I know if my house needs repiping?

Common signs are low water pressure throughout the house, brown or rusty water, and repeated leaks in different places. If your home still has galvanized steel supply lines, they are likely near the end of their life. We can come out and look at your pipes.

Will you have to open my walls?

Some openings are usually needed to reach the old lines and run new ones. We plan the routes ahead of time to keep the openings as few and as small as we can. We'll show you where they will be before we start.

Can I finance a repipe?

Yes. We offer financing options. Ask us about it when we go over your estimate.
