Water Heaters
We repair, install and maintain traditional tank, tankless and heat pump water heaters for homes and businesses around Dayton.
When a water heater starts to fail, it usually shows it. The shower runs lukewarm, the tank pops and rumbles as sediment builds up, the water comes out rusty, or there's a puddle around the base. Sometimes it just won't start back up after sitting idle while you were away. We repair, install and maintain traditional tank water heaters, tankless systems and high-efficiency electric heat pump models. On a repair, we find the cause first, whether it's a burner, element, thermostat, valve or venting problem. Then we tell you plainly whether fixing it makes sense or replacement is the better use of your money. If you're replacing, we'll walk through which type fits your household, your space and how you use hot water. Financing options are available. Same-day appointments are available during business hours, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. Contact us or call (937) 210-4386 to get on the schedule.

Common questions
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
It depends on the age of the unit, what failed and how it has been running. A bad thermostat, element or valve is usually worth repairing. A tank that is leaking from the body generally needs to be replaced. We'll tell you which way we'd go and why.
Is a tankless or heat pump water heater right for my home?
Tankless units heat water on demand and free up floor space. Heat pump models use less electricity than a standard electric tank but need room and airflow around them. We look at your space, your fuel type and how much hot water you use before recommending one.
